Keith and Jon Davenport started Complete Enclosures Inc. in 2013 to fill a void in the construction market for subcontractors willing to work together with building owners, designers, general contractors, suppliers, and fellow subcontractors to ensure project success. Complete Enclosures was welcomed into the industry not only for its ability to complete projects but for its willingness to work together. The company has since become a major player in the Lansing construction market and is expanding into Grand Rapids.

Keith studied construction management at Ferris State University graduating in 2003. He took a job at a National General Contracting firm in Chicago, IL where he rose through the ranks eventually Project Managing multi-million dollar projects. After almost 10 years he returned to Michigan and shortly after started Complete Enclosures.

Jon graduated from Alma College with a business degree in 2005, and received an MBA from Michigan State University in 2010. He worked at his father’s masonry subcontracting company for almost 10 years when he and his brother decided to start Complete Enclosures.

Along with keeping a family farm Noah has worked through the ranks of the masonry business starting as a mason tender, rising to advanced forklift operator and scaffold builder, then to bricklayer. His leadership and attention to detail eventually led him to become project foreman. Noah's work ethic and dedication are apparent to anyone working around him.
